How do you track down an action in Marketo?

I have a lead that appers to have been manually added to a few SFDC campaigns. These campaigns do not have Marketo trigges that would add leads to them, they must be added manually. How do you track down who mannully preformed this action in Marketo?

You can go to the Lead record and click on Activity Log.

If the lead was manually added, the Action will say something like "Single Run Flow" instead of a campaign name.

It will not tell you the Username who initiated it.
