How do you stop Marketo emailing the sales team about a lead they have disqualified or reassigned?
Hi everyone
We have Marketo integrated with CRM Microsoft Dynamics. We've set up the flow so that when a lead is submitted on our website it's added to CRM and assigned to a Lead Owner, the Lead Owner is then emailed asking them to respond within x days. If the lead isn't updated in CRM within that timeframe, Marketo sends them another email chasing them.
This process works well, but how do you do the following:
- Stop Marketo from chasing the Lead Owner if they have disqualified or deleted the lead?
- Get Marketo to chase the new Lead Owner if it has been reassigned (at the moment it continues to chase the original Owner)?
