How do you sign a value to a tradeshow event?

Are you referencing scoring here? If so you will need to set up a lead scoring campaign which listens for a program status change (ie tradeshow > visited booth) and increases the behavior score and lead score in the flow step.

Hi Lauren, you might also be referring to a cost so that you can break down cost per lead. You can do this in the Setup of the event or program, and you drag over a period cost.

Which of the solutions above are you referring to? Both can be done after the fact, but they're different processes.

If the leads are already members of the program, just use this flow action on those leads, like "Attended"

Member of Program is TRUE, IN "X" and Status=Attended

Change Score: Lead Score +Y

but let's verify that you want to change a score instead of something else. Are you sure scoring is not already operating in the background?
