How do you make a new field added to a view ie "Lead Owners First name" Ascend or Descend?

We are trying to find each owners bounces. When we added "Lead Owners First Name" to the Unsubscribes smart list view we were not able to make the colum ascend or descend like the other colums. Do I need to go to field mapping admin to fix this, if so how?

Is this a custom field you created? If so, you can't sort on it. We've added a new idea to allow custom fields to be sorted. It would very useful for those us with lots of custom fields to better manage our instance. Please vote on it if you haven't already.
