How do you find email template folders?

I have been working with this API call: Create Email Template » Marketo Developers . I have tried a program and folder id, when I use a folder id I get this error: is not an email template folder. So how do I find template folders?

Is there a way to find it though an API call? My team is trying to build a integration for Marketo using the API. We don't want to make our user give us the folder name or id. We would rather find it programmatically.
