How do you filter out ISPs from inferred company on anonymous lists?

Is there a way to setup filters for anonymous lists so it removes companies with inferred names of ISPs?

The help article Hide Anonymous Leads Without an Inferred Company explains how to do this for web activity reports, but there isn't a filter for this in smart lists.  You may want to vote for the Filtering ISPs from anonymous leads Idea.

Can someone send me the generic ISP list? I am trying to filter them out of my report. I had it at my last company - but moved to a new company and don't have access to it anymore...
