How do you change domain & keywords on SEO for ALL USERS?

We changed our website domain. I've added the new domain and keywords via the admin page in SEO. However, when other Marketo users access SEO they only see the old domain. Is there a way to make the new domain the default or visible to all or do we need to manually add?
