How do I view the contents of a form submission

WARNING - I am exceptionally green:

maybe a rookie question here.  I can see the conversions on a forms that are being submitted - but how do I view the contents of an actual submission.

example, there is a note box in the form, and I would like to view what people typed.  I cannot seem to find this anywhere

The note box correlates to a field on the lead record.  You could - create a smart list to find all the leads that filled out the form.  Then in the lead grid, under user Views, add the field that contains these notes.  You can then view in Marketo, or export to excel if that is more desirable.
