How do I unsubcribe from receiving alerts for interesting moments from a Lead?

I subscribed awhile back to a lead to receive text alerts if they have an interesting moment.  How do I unscubscribe.  I can't find them in my Sales Insight watch list or anything?

Hi Nate,

In the bottom of the alert email, there is Unsubscribe link.

Depends how it is sending you alerts. Is it part of the flow?

Hey Guys,

These are text alerts sent to my phone everytime the Lead has an interesting moment.  I may have subscribed to the lead feed for this lead in Salesforce.  So they are not emails and it was something in Sales Insight in Salesforce and not in Marketo. 

Any ideas?
