How do I track the cost per lead / opportunity / deal from a campaign?
I thought this would be simple. Do I have the wrong version that this is not possible or did I just not figure it out. Is there anyone who can help me with this?

You need to work with programs in Marketo. And you should add cost periods to those programs. This allows you to run ROI reports on them. If you have RCA you can do more amazing reporting.
