How do I set up a custom user in Marketo?

How do I set up in Marketo a custom user with permissions/role that give absolutely no access or ability to view lead information inc email address etc.

This article gives a run through of all ther user roles/permissions.

For example you can create a user who just has access to the Design studio tab and features, this is often done for outsourced designers.
