How do I set up a A/B Subject Line Test for an email campaign?

I am trying to send out a few test subject lines to a SFDC campaign so that the tests go to 25% of them. Then once the winner has been declared, I would like that subject line to go to the other 75%. Is there a way to set this up? Thanks in advance for your help!

I am not sure.. But I think I would set them up in two different campaigns/programs. I'm interested in knowing too.

Please read the docs on this. It is easy to do with an Email Send Program.
