How do I see a list of my custom Marketo fields?

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to see a list of fields I've created manually in Marketo. I have created a number of them, but they don't appear to standout in any particular way in the Admin area. I know which ones I created, but it's easy to lose track and its really hard for other people to know what's what, especially when all the Salesforce Custom Fields pull over.
