How do I restrict access to /index.php/leadCapture ?

 This was the older url for forms framework. Right now in our platform its exposing a username and saying access is restricted. We want to just redirect this url to our homepage. I tried adding a redirect rule and that doesn't work cause I think this is handled internally by marketo and that has precedence over redirect rules.
