how do i reorganize/sort marketing activities?

Hi Isabella - you can create folders and drag your programs into the folders. I suggest adding the date to diferentiate the folders and get as descriptive as possible because as you build your programs they get more difficult to find.  

For example, I have:

• 2014-Email Programs
  • 10 October > name of folder - (this puts the months in order by putting a number first, otherwise they will be sorted alphabetically.)
    • 2014-10-eBlast Dealers > name of program
      • EM-Announcemen > name of email

leading dates work best, but also keep in mind you can organize Top Level folders and Program Level assets with a leading number:

01 - Events
99 - Tests

--01- Invitation
