HOW DO I REMOVE PEOPLE FROM LIST?

Hey. 
In running an email campaign I face an issue. The issue is that I have set up the list and scheduled the emails but if someone unsubscribes or replies to my email so how do I remove that person from the list? I tried removing people from the list during the test but unfortunately the emails are still being sent out to the people. Please help.

You can create a triggered campaign saying: Unsubscribes from Email " Name of the email"  in the flow you can say 1. Wait  5 minutes  2. "Remove from List"
