How do I move leads that is from a particular state, from one list to another?

In a list of 100,000 leads, I want to find all the leads that live in a particular state (Florida) and move them out of that list into a another list. What is the quickest way to do so?

Simmiler Steps (Using Smart List insted of Smart Campagin)
  1. Create an empty "Florida List"
  2. Create a Smart List
  3. Smart List Filter - Member of "Original List" AND Address State Field is Florida
  4. Leads=>Select All
  5. Leads=>Lead Actions=>Marketing=>Add to List...=>List Name "Florida List"
  6. Leads=>Lead Actions=>Marketing=>Remove from List...=>List Name "Florida List"

Is is a static list or a smart list? If you're moving from static list to static list, you can easily run the flow action of "add to list" and change the criteria that you want reflected in the filter.

Adding on to Kristen here (If static list to static list)

"Original List" has 100,000 leads
  1. Create an empty "Florida List"
  2. Create a Smart Campaign
  3. Smart List Filter - Member of "Original List" AND Address State Field is Florida
  4. Flow: Add lead to "Florida List"
  5. Flow: Remove lead from "Original List"
