Hi,
In order to capture information about the prospects who request to download white papers, brochures etc, we use a form which leads to the file download and we are using "article" as hidden filed to know which file is being downloaded but , if at the first time he downloaded file x and on the second time file y, how do i know that both were downloaded and not just the last one?

I pulled smart list by using filter "filled out form" but it only gives information of last downloaded not about all assets downloaded by a lead.

Sachin,

You are using a "most recent" or last touch field. That will get overwritten each time. A good way to use this field is that each time the lead goes through the Form, you associate them to a specific SFDC Campaign for each paper.

So if article=XXXX, Add to SFDC Campaign XXXX
if article = YYYY, Add to SFDC Campaign YYYY

Note that we manage our assets on our web server and not on Marketo assets.
