How do I Import field from a SFDC LOOKUP field into Marketo?

We have a custom object, call it A which has a lookup from Lead to A.  I want to import a feild from A into Leads in Marketo from SFDC.  For example, A has a field named PleaseImport.  How would I import Lead.A.PleaseImport into Leads in Marketo?  Since it is a Lookup Field on Lead, all I see is the SFDC ID, I can't see A's fields in Marketo out of the box.

Have you enabled the custom object for sync in the SFDC Admin Sync section?

You should discuss this with your SFDC admin as well.
