How do I import an standard marketo email template

When you say import standard templates, do you mean from our Template Library? The site is here: http://templates.marketo.com/ and you can click the import button next to one to start it.

You can also go to Marketing Activities, Click on the New tab, which is an icon that has 3 blue books.  The 4th item on the menu is the import program.  Select the import program and choose a folder where you want to import an email or landing page or other programs.  When you import an email template it will also appear in design studio.
