How do I import a landing page template?

In Marketo, navigate to the Design Studio. Click Landing Pages in the left-hand tree, then select Templates. In the menu bar, click Import Template. Choose the downloaded file, enter a template name, then click Import

    Hi - I am trying to upload a new template but my Marketo instance isn't recognizing the .html file to upload. Has anyone run into this before?

    What error are you seeing? Is it a validation issue?
