How do I get the SEO tool to update score once I've made changes?

I have been working with the SEO tool a lot (I used to have Optify, so know it pretty well) but after we have optimised a page, we want to see what our new score is and tick off the page issues.

Clicking on Update only update scores if you've changed the keyword, but not the version of the page in question.

Could anyone tell me how to refresh this?
