How do I get a Marketo Sandbox account?

I want to get a Marketo Sandbox account to test the Salesforce-Marketo sync in before deploying to production.  Does anyone know how best to do this? Is it not available for Spark level customers?

It's an added product feature. You'll have to contact your account rep for pricing.
