How do I enable Use Advanced Filters when building a smartlist?

I would like to use the advanced filters option when building a smartlist but it's disabled?  How do I turn it on?  I don't see it in the Admin panel.  Anyone have insight into this?

Nevermind...figured it out.  For some reason there was a glitch of some sort.  I had 4 filters on my smart list and when I refreshed the option was available.
