How do I embed a Marketo form to Sitecore?

I am trying to embed my marketo form onto a sitecore landing page, but not as an iframe.

I would like to know what output I would need from my marketo form in order to do this and how to get it?

Line #2 on the graph below is what I am trying to achieve.

Please remove the attachment and paste that image inline in the editor. Not all Nation users can see attachments, which makes them very confusing.
