How do I create an email containing the contents of a form entry?

Hi all,

I have created an email that will be triggered by a form entry. I would like that email to contain the details of that form entry. I have set up lead tokens, but when I test the form there doesn't seem to be anything in the body of the email that is triggered?

Any help is appreciated!

Hi Sarah,

Are you sure you used "Copy to HTML" while editing the email draft?

Try sending a test email to yourself and filling out the form. Then send a sample email and select you as the lead and then also send it to your email address. That should fix the problem and the body of the email should be filled out with your information.

Sarah,

Turn on the smart campaign that triggers this email/alert. Then, if you just fill out the live form, this would serve as an adequate test.

"Send Sample" will not work in testing this.
