How do I create a SFDC Activity via Marketo?

Question

After a form is submitted, I'd like to also create an activity in Salesforce containing the value of the form's comments fields. I suspect I do the latter part of this with a token.

Two questions:
How do I create an Activity via Marketo?
Is a token the best way to pass comments? (or even possible?)

1. Create an Activity using the flow step "Create Task"2.  A lead token is one way to pass comments. Here's a brief example:"Form Comments" would be a custom field created to capture those comments.
