how do i create a repot of leads that have had a positive lead score change

I'm looking to build a report that shows positive lead score change for all leads change in the last week. How do I build that?

I don't think you can, actually. If you wanted to know which leads hit a particular score threshold (which is common) that is possible in a Smart List, as is a list of everyone who'se score has changed at all.

Is there a limited number of positive scoring campaigns? We could find the leads which went through those I think.

You can try using Score Changed AT LEAST X, but it won't be exactly what you are asking for.
