How do I create a Campaign based on Opportunity Stage

I am trying to create a campaign based on the stage of the opportunity.  I have the Smart List trigger as Opportunity was Updated, but I am having an issue with the Flow.  When the campaign was based off of the lead status I was able to easily create the campaign (see attachment) I need the same campaign but with the "Person Status" to be Opportunity Status. Also, this is my first time working with opportunities in Salesforce, does the email send to the default/main contact associated with the opportunity?

Pls remove attachments and paste the images inline. Not everyone can see attachments.

    Add a Stage constraint on the Opportunity is Updated trigger.

    Emails can only be sent to fields that are mapped directly to the Marketo person, and in this case you're only focused on a single person at a time. If multiple people are attached to the same changed oppty, then they will all get an email.
