How do I change the street address in the footer of our template?

We've moved offices, and I wanted to update the address in our template (footer).  It seems like it might be obvious, but I cannot find where to update it. In the Design Studio, there is no option to update this.

If you're address to update is included within the Unsubscribe portion of the footer, go to the Admin tab in Marketo, then to Email. You can edit from there.

If it's in the body of the email template but as a footer section, you'll need to find the template of the email you are using and change it there. I suspect it is the first case you are looking for to solve the issue.

Or Crystal, if it was built as a snippet, you'd have to adjust the snippet (just another option to look for).
