We had our support Admin leave the company. How do I change our Support Admin?

Call Support or your Account Manager.

Hi Elliot,

Just FYI, the support is useless in this case.

The only answer they send us is to contact our Marketo support admin, who has left the company...

I am unable to make any change to your Manage Authorized Contacts. I get the following error:

You do not have access to manage support contacts for your company. If there is a need to adjust your list of support contacts, please contact your Marketo Support Admin John Doe (jdoe@domain.com).
