How do I change from Email Suspended = 'True' to Email Suspended = 'False'?

Hi,

I recently had a lead marked Email Suspended = 'True' and the cause was "too many sessions from 199.15.212.25. Please lower the number of concurrent sessions. IB007". Any suggestions on what needs to be done in order to restore this to Email Suspended = 'False'?

Thanks,

Mark

Mark, this is a system field and cannot be changed.

Once a lead becomes Email Suspended='True', it will always be true. The important field to look at is the "Email Suspended At" field. When Marketo is sending out emails, it will look at this field to decide whether it should send an email to a lead or not.

If this field has a date that is within 24 hours, Marketo will not send an email. Otherwise this lead will not be blocked from mailing (assuming that other fields  like Unsubscribed, Email Invalid, etc. are also false).

Hey Mark, as Raul said it isn't possible to change this back -- super annoying, I know! Here's an idea:   Please vote it up, even though Marketo says it might happen "one day".
