How do I add UTM tracking to a thank you Landing Page?

I have a series of landing pages for an SEM campaign and on the thank you page we would like to embed a code for tracking specific tags and search words. What would be the best way to do this?

This link goes to instructions on using the URL builder it is how you will create your UTM code based on the hidden fields.  it is fairly straight forward https://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000L9DyCAK

Could you add the UTM tracking to the form? This will submit values via hidden fields upon form submission. More here.

We add them as hidden fields on the form that that works fine.

They have to be collected on the reg page as Matt and Adam suggest.

Can code be put in the form as a hidden field? Where would the UTM code be generated from?
