How Do I Activate the Flames and Stars?

I have Marketo Sales Insights installed but the flames and stars are grey across all lead records. Is there something else I need to do to get these to work? Im not sure how the activity of a lead ties into this. Appreciate the help!

    Hi Carlyn,

    No I havent. I kinda thought that was the tie in here and just needed someone to confirm. Im working on the scoring now.
