How can you modify the name of an acquisition program?

How can you modify the name of an acquisition program? I'm assuming this must be possible but I cannot figure it out, so any help is appreciated!

If you first create the Acquisition Program with the name you want, you should be able to use the change data value flow step to change it for that group of leads. 

If you are just trying to modify the program name of the existing Acquisition Program, then you can change the name as David describes and then the reference should be updated automatically everywhere else. You wouldn't need to make any further changes.

Would you not simply click on the program name on the left side, and then double-click on the program name under 'view summary' when it comes up?

Or are you speaking about something else?

Thanks for the response. Unless I misunderstand, that allows you to change the name of a program. I am trying to change the "Acqusition Program" for a bunch of people on a list. I assumed I'd be able to set up a "change data attribute" flow, but since the acqusition program name i'd like to use didn't previously exist, it's not allowing me do make the change. I would think that changing the name of the program that the list is hosted in would suffice, but that does not work either.

    I have observed that trying to change the value of the Acquisition Program field on lead records is not possible. It's a 'special' field that only Marketo populates, apparently.  

    (Except when a lead is exported from RainKing to Marketo via the RK webhook, in which case the Acquisition Program field is not populated at all. :( Open case with Marketo.)

    Hey David, that is a strange one. I am able to update that field using a change data value flow step. You can also set it when importing leads for the first time. In what cases were you not able to change it?

    I believe you can only update leads without acquisition programs, and you can't write over those WITH programs.

    Hrm, I just tested it and was able to change a lead with an existing program. Not sure if there are circumstances where it won't work but it seems as though it can at least sometimes.

    Thanks for all the suggestions everyone. I was ultimately able to resolve this by using the change data attribute flow. I'm not sure why it wasn't working at first, but it eventually did -- perhaps it took Marketo a few moments to recognize the new acquisition program. Anyway, I appreciate the replies.
