How can you harness soft bounce data?

Hi,

With our email programmes we have previously used the data included in soft bounce/autoreply to enhance our overall database. The autoreply emails often contain direct contact information and with our previous email marketing tool we could gather all that information and enrich our CRM.

You can do that now in Marketo. Create a smart list and include Bounced Reason as a column.
