How can we set a rule to ensure all communications are sent to an internal mailing list?

We currently add employees to an internal mailing smart list, however it doesnt work consistently in sending to all employees every time.

Is there a way to automate this so it happens consistently?

No, I don't think there is an automation that does exactly what you want.

Our environment is very templated and we have these internal lists included in our email send campaigns. By cloning those programs you always have the correct lists added. That applies to one-offs only, though. I suppose you wouldn't want to have all triggered nurture emails being sent to all your employees all the time, would you?

HI Amy, How is your internal smart list is built? Is it based on email address containing a corporate domain name?
