How can we received the bounced emails?

I noticed that when we send out emails via Marketo, we never get the out-of-the-office and other bounces.

However, those emails are a source of good info as they sometimes show complete contact info, or tells us that someone moved and we should check LinkedIn to get more accurate date again.

Is there a way we can get the bounced emails delivered?

Hey Patrick,

What email address are you using for your reply-to email? This is the one that will get auto-replies. If it's a marketing@ or info@ mailbox, someone is probably getting these.

Hi Patrick,

Make sure that the email address you are usingt o send out the email in Marketo is attached to your inbox.  The out of office will automatically go to your inbox.  As for the bounces, there is a system smart list in the lead database, however, this includes all bounces - both hard and soft.  If you want a list for each one specifically you need to create a new smart list in the lead database and there are filters for both.

Thank you both. So what I understand is that OoO message we get but not bounces. For bounces we should set up a Smart List to capture that. Thanks
