How can we delete contacts from SFDC on Marketo after sync ?

We enabled sync out Marketo to Salesforce once, but because of some errors we stopped it by changing security tokens.
We currently have Salesforce Contacts on our Marketo.
 
we don't want Marketo to update Salesforce contact data. 
Also we would like to delete them only on Marketo because we no longer need those Contacts in our Marketo.
 
We tried to delete it by "Delete Lead" commando on Lead Database.
The contact still exists although the dialog said "Succeed".
 
We searched and reviewed the following related article but ours didn't run like on this.

Hi Masayuki,

Could you or a colleague log a support case with the details?
The action that described sound like the correct procedure but in order to investigate additional details would be required, so it would be best to do this through a support case.

My colleague did it and could solve our problems.
