How can we activate "View online" link in an email template

Hey,

Can any one please guide me on how we can activate "View online" link in an email template.

I have added the link but not sure what to do so that users can click it and view the template online.

Are you referring to the "View This Email as a Webpage" link? It will be visible when you send a test of the email.

There are two ways to activate this:

(check the capitalization in the docs)

Yes, you can put this in your template too.

If you meant that internal staff should look at the template for a test, then use Send Test instead.

Josh, what do you mean when you say "you can put this in your template too?"

Is there a way to assign the web page template that's used when an email is viewed online?

Currently our emails are responsive but when viewed online they are not responsive and we'd like to correct this issue.
