how can I view who opened an email blast?

We used the new process for email blast but we are unable to view who opened. When we sent emails using the Campaign we were able to view results.

There should be an email performance tab.

Alternatively, you can use a smart list to do

Email Was Opened IS "X" Between X and Y dates.

This only gives me how many opened but not who opened. Any other suggestions.

The smart list should say who opened the email. Click on Leads.

I do what Josh suggested above and it's to create a smart list to see who opened the email. It works.
