If it's really important to know then log a case with Marketo support and give the name/link to the landing page in question and the time/date of the edit you are looking for and we can try to help you out.

Hmmm indeed. I can't see it in Marketing Acrivities or Design Studio. Only Last change date,

There's an idea to implement a log which tracks Marketo user changes, which was apparently in early beta stages this April. This would be really useful for companies like ourselves with multiple Marketo users.
