How can I reference future SFDC activities/tasks in Smart Campaigns?

We're trying to create a list of "Up for Grabs" leads.  The criteria for the list is that they have no rep activity within the past 90 days and no future rep activity scheduled.

Is this possible to do in Marketo?  If so, what's the best method?

Hmmm looking at the triggers I see Activity is Logged but the NOT Activity logged is a filter so maybe something else would make better since but if not, maybe you'd have to make this a scheduled batch campaign?

Then I'd probably create a queue in SFDC to add these lists to and give the reps visibility to the queue so they can pick and choose.

I have several smart lists (no activity for 1 month up to 2 years). This includes SF activity. I don't know if you can refer to future activities as you can't dive in to tasks (e.g. you can't update a task in Marketo).
