Question

How can I make sure a field is updated on duplicate leads and not just one of them?

If a user marks Field A as True, but has 2 Marketo records, it's my understanding only one of those records will have Field A marked as True and it is pretty much random as to which record is updated. Is there a way to set up a smart campaign that can update the other record so that all the duplicate records have Field A marked as True?

Thanks!

Danielle

This requires an external service that distribute updates to other matching leads, called as a webhook.

We find ourselves doing this more and more as people need to synchronize custom consent fields.

Hi Sanford, thank you for the help. I will look into webhook.
