how can i get lead source and lead source detail to show up in the same report

how can you create a report in Analytics that shows total leads, original lead source, most recent lead source and lead source detail? Can you also add how many ppl have converted to MQLs in that same report?

I have built this report in SFDC. If you have access MKTO integrated with SFDC I would suggest building these types of reports in there. - Jeff
