How can I filter out leads that only have one letter in else their job title or company name

Essentially we have people appearing in our leads that have filled in one letter in each field in a form.

How can I stop this in the form ?
or
How can I exclude them after the fact - what filters do I need to do this.
or
Is it possible to delete these leads automatically so they don't appear.

Sure, create a list of single characters. a, b, c, ...., z, !, @, etc. 

Use that list in a workflow that looks to see if certain fields match exactly one of the items in the list. If they do match you could delete them in a workflow step. '

Great - simple solution. 

I have added this list to my exclusion list.  I haven't gone as far as the deletion step.
