How can I change Contact Names in bulk

Hi All, we uploaded a list into Marketo and noticed a lot of the names are all capitals. I went ahead and changed them and re-uploaded the list. However, everything stayed the same. My assumption is that it already created a contact for that person. Is there a way to change this in bulk?

When you reuploaded, did you do it as "trusted"?
Do you have field updates blocked for list imports for the first and last name field?
