How are you handing CPPA Opt-In

Hi all -

Does anyone know how Marketo's Do Not Track function fits into the opt-out signal requirement for CCPA compliance? Does Marketo "listen" for the opt-out signal?  What Smart List filters should be used to track Do Not Track activity on a person's record?

DNT will never suffice for regulatory compliance. You need to use a cookie management solution to prevent the tracking cookie from being sent.
