How add a link to a field label in a checkbox in forms 2.0?

We have a Terms and Conditions checkbox in a form and we want to include a link to our Terms and Conditions landing page. How do we do this in Forms 2.0?

The text that appears to the right of the checkbox is stored in the Values. The Label is blank.

More likely some JavaScript to change that text into a hyperlink. Your web team should be able to do that.
