Hour of Day in RCE report?

Hi,

Does anyone know what time zone "Opened (Hour of Day)" represents in RCE. I'm guessing it's my own Marketo User setting?

Also does anyone have tips for creating Heat Maps.  If you are creating these for each region is it better to change your time zone and then pull the heat map for that region?

RCE is constantly crashing, am I doing something fatally wrong or is it just not keeping up?

This Heat Map is based on CST only.

You may be pulling too much data. Try reducing your time frame to 1 day or 7 days.
